Symptom
As of SAP Business One 10.0 FP 2502 (Security) Hotfix 01, version for SAP HANA, you do not need to install SAP HANA client 2.3 in order to use Excel report and interactive analysis.
Solution
System behavior prior to SAP Business One 10.0 FP 2502 (Security) Hotfix 01, version for SAP HANA:
In order to use Excel report and interactive analysis, on the Windows machine where you launch the Excel Report and Interactive Analysis designer, you need to install the client of SAP HANA Enterprise Edition 2.0 SPS 03 Rev.036.
System behavior after upgrade to SAP Business One 10.0 FP 2502 (Security) Hotfix 01, version for SAP HANA:
Excel report and interactive analysis now uses JWT token to access the SAP HANA database, so there is no need to install SAP HANA client 2.3 in order to use Excel report and interactive analysis.
