2872587 - Use "Special" Type Production Order to Set the Parent Item as a Child Item

Symptom

You cannot use a parent item as a child item in a production order.

Reproducing the issue

Scenario:

1. Go to Production → Production Order.
2. Try to create a production order in which you use an item to produce itself.

Actual behavior:

You cannot set the child item to be the same as the parent item in Production → Bill of Materials or a Standard/Disassembly type production order.
