1647516 - Document cannot contain both regular and fixed asset items

Symptom

You cannot create an AP invoice which contains both regular items and fixed asset items.

Error: Document cannot contain both regular and fixed asset items.

Solution

The reason that we cannot create purchase orders or AP invoices with both "regular" and fixed asset items is because there are different control accounts defined for "regular"
items and fixed asset items.

It is a system definition.  It is necessary to create two separate documents.
