Solution
System behavior prior to SAP Business One 10.0 FP 2508 and SAP Business One 10.0 FP 2508, version for SAP HANA:
In the Users - Setup window, you don't have the option to manage activity periods of individual users.
System behavior after upgrade to SAP Business One 10.0 FP 2508 and SAP Business One 10.0 FP 2508, version for SAP HANA:
In the Users - Setup window, superusers can flexibly specify active and inactive periods for individual users. During inactive periods, users are systematically restricted from engaging in business transactions and operations of your company. They are unable to create or edit business documents or records. They are excluded from choose-from lists, dropdown menus, and selection panes across nearly all business documents, reports, and objects. However, historical transactions and data associated with inactive users are preserved and remain accessible within existing business documents, reports, change logs, and other records for audit and review purposes.
