3014120 - End-of-Life for Adobe Flash-Based Dashboards Embedded in SAP Business One

Symptom

As of the end of 2020, SAP will no longer support Adobe Flash-based dashboards, i.e., Crystal dashboards, embedded within SAP Business One.

Reproducing the issue

Scenario:

You open your cockpit, and want to use the following dashboards:

In SAP Business One:

• Service Call
• Customer Aging
• Sales Analysis
• Cash Flow Forecast
• Purchase Quotations
• Inventory Counting Recommendation

In SAP Business One, version for SAP HANA:

• Service Call – SAP HANA
• Sales Analysis – SAP HANA
• Cash Flow Forecast – SAP HANA
• Purchase Quotations – SAP HANA
• Inventory Status – SAP HANA
• Delivery Analysis – SAP HANA
• Sales Employee Performance Target – SAP HANA
• Payment Collection Analysis – SAP HANA
• Inventory Counting Recommendation – SAP HANA

Actual behavior:

The dashboard cannot load the content.

Cause

Adobe stopped supporting Adobe Flash Player

Solution

Workaround

Delete the existing dashboards in the cockpit and do not add any above-mentioned dashboards to the cockpit.
