Scenario:
You are installing the Crystal Reports integration component, that is, the integration package script SAP Business One Crystal Report Integration Package.exe located in the …Packages×64\SAP CRAddin Installation folder of the SAP Business One upgrade package.
System behavior prior to SAP Business One 10.0 FP 2508 and SAP Business One 10.0 FP 2508, version for SAP HANA:
The system does not check the version of the SAP Crystal Reports designer or BOERuntime.
System behavior after upgrade to SAP Business One 10.0 FP 2508 and SAP Business One 10.0 FP 2508, version for SAP HANA:
The system now checks the version of the SAP Crystal Reports designer and BOERuntime, and displays the following warning message if their version is not compatible with that of your SAP Crystal Reports for SAP Business One.
To ensure the proper functionality of SAP Crystal Reports for SAP Business One, it is strongly recommended to uninstall the current version of <variable 1>, restart the operating system, and install version <variable 2>. For more information about the Crystal Reports for SAP Business One version matrix, see SAP Note 2329487.
The 1st variable is "SAP Crystal Reports designer" or "BOERuntime" or "SAP Crystal Reports designer and BOERuntime", and the 2nd variable is the version number.
