Symptom
When you are printing or previewing some documents using Crystal Reports layouts or some Crystal reports, they contain the information that the documents were printed using SAP Business One even if checkbox Print SAP Business One Generation Message for Crystal Reports is deselected.
Reproducing the issue
Scenario:

Go to Administration → System Initialization → Print Preferences → General tab, and select the Print SAP Business One Generation Message for Crystal Reports checkbox.
- Print or preview some documents using Crystal Reports layouts or some Crystal reports, and they contain the information that the documents were printed using SAP Business One.
- Go to Administration → System Initialization → Print Preferences → General tab, and deselect the Print SAP Business One Generation Message for Crystal Reports checkbox.
Expected behavior:
When you are printing or previewing some documents using Crystal Reports layouts or some Crystal reports, they do not contain the information that the documents were printed using SAP Business One.
Actual behavior:
When you are printing or previewing some documents using Crystal Reports layouts or some Crystal reports, they contain the information that the documents were printed using SAP Business One.
Solution
SAP intends to provide a feature package or patch to solve the symptom that is described in this SAP Note. The section References below lists the related feature package or patch once they become available. Be aware that References can only be confirmed at feature package or patch release date. SAP delivers feature packages or patches only for selected releases at its own discretion, based on the business impact and the complexity of implementation.
Workaround:
If this issue still happens in SAP Business One 10.0 SP 2511 and later, follow the steps below to remove the information that the documents were printed using SAP Business One:
- For system Crystal layouts or reports, in the menu bar, choose Help → Support Desk → Restore → Restore System Reports.
- For customized Crystal layouts or reports, in the Report and Layout Manager window, edit the layout or report manually to remove the information
